I have dealt with lower left abdominal pain since I was a child.  During this time I have learned that I suffer from a number of maladies that result in lower belly pain.  Dealing with these conditions require patience, understanding, commitment, a good doctor, and the good Lord.  I trust that my experience will be helpful to you.
